lost souls studios began life as a simple doodle and developed further into the multidisciplinary studio it is now, which has begun to develop into a clear brand that represents their particular style and personality, always striving to stand out from the norm.
as deeply compassionate creatives, the idea behind lost souls studios is to develop projects that showcase a distinct creative passion and viewpoint, particularly in creating stories and giving a new voice to a wide range of people and subjects, from mental health issues to the lgbtq-plus community through to the highs and lows of being neurodivergent in an overwhelming society. this is shown through their already diverse portfolio of work and partnership with other great creatives and organisations.
who's under the bedsheet?
​adam widdowson is the lost soul hidden under the bedsheet.
they are a passionate queer filmmaker & videographer, photographer, writer and all-round creative, currently based in sheffield. they have been creating various projects for over 10 years, with their passion for being creative leading them down a long journey of studying the art of film, earning them a first class degree in media, moving image and photography and the chance to participate as a creative producer at wentworth woodhouse in 2022. since then, they have worked on various projects in various different roles, from directing to editing, including films, music videos, commercial projects and everything in between, gaining vital experience and developing their skills further ensuring a high quality and successful project from start to finish.

adam likes to keep busy staying creative and working on projects, but in the free time they have, you'll usually find them watching films either at home or in the cinema, or obsessing over their latest hyperfixation. sometimes they'll be enjoying relaxing with a good film or book or a bit of music from his vinyl collection... usually in the quiet of night. sometimes they'll be gaming or being a child of the internet. a lot of the time they'll mention something about working on a new project or learning something new such as the guitar, ukulele or roller skating
